AIIMS, New Delhi was founded in 1956 by an act of Parliament as a major national agency. Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a mono-super speciality hospital for liver and biliary diseases located in New Delhi, India. It has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi as an autonomous institute, under the Societies Registration Act – 1860, in New Delhi with Shiv Kumar Sarin as its founding director. Maulana Azad Medical College

Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi was founded in 1958. Also known as MAMC. It is a medical college in New Delhi that belongs to the University of Delhi. The university is named after Maulana Abdulkalam Azad, an Indian freedom fighter and educator. Maulana Azad Medical College offers a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and super-specialty courses in a variety of courses including medicine and related sciences, pharmacy, and science. The university has various departments such as anatomy, anesthesiology, biochemistry, community medicine, dermatology, STD and epilepsy, ENT, forensic medicine, general medicine, general surgery, medical care, microbiology, and neonatology.


Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital

Wardman Mahavir Medical School (VMCC) is located in Safdarjung Hospital. The university was founded in November 2001 by the Indian government. VMMC is overseen by the central government, the Department of Health and Family Welfare. The university is affiliated with the University of Gurgobindsin Indraprastha and is supported by the Indian Medical Council (MCI). The university offers MBBS, MS/MD, and graduate courses. Lady Hardinge Medical College

Lady Harding Medical School (LHMC) was established in New Delhi in 1914. LHMC is named after Lady Harding, who laid the foundation for the institute. The university offers undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD, MS, PG degrees), and postgraduate (DM, M.Ch) courses in various disciplines. LHMC is affiliated with the University of Delhi. The institute is ranked 22nd in the medical category in the NIRF 2021 ranking with a score of 54.07 out of 100. 


Jamia Hamdard

The Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, New Delhi, was founded in 2012 as an ambitious project by Jamia Hamdard and the main goal of the project was to provide affordable healthcare and expand the reach of life science fields and of health. The institute is also known as HIMSR. The institute is a constituent entity of Jamia Hamdard and is an unsupported and self-funded private medical institution. The 510-bed Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary (HAHC) Hospital is supported by New Delhi’s Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital, which meets Medical Council of India guideline standards. community medicine, anesthesia, obstetrics and gynecology, anatomy, biochemistry, pharmacology, radiodiagnostics, dermatology, otolaryngology, and cervicofacial surgery, medicine, dentistry, microbiology, forensic medicine and toxicology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pediatrics, pathology, physiology, surgery, psychiatry, and respiratory medicine are some the departments of the HIMSR. University College of Medical Sciences

The University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) was established in 1971 as part of  the University of Delhi. There are many therapists and doctors. Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital is a 1000 bed comprehensive hospital.
